Malik Al-Malaki II is an executive leader, entrepreneur, and nonprofit executive whose career has been dedicated to building organizations that create lasting opportunities for individuals and strengthen communities through innovation, collaboration, and strategic leadership.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Vast Global International, Inc. (VGI), he provides executive leadership for a growing enterprise focused on organizational development, business innovation, technology, workforce solutions, and strategic partnerships. As Executive Director of Vast Reentry Services, Ltd. (VRS), he leads initiatives that expand access to workforce development, life skills education, community reintegration, and supportive services that help individuals build stable, productive futures.
His leadership philosophy emphasizes integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and servant leadership. Rather than measuring success solely by organizational growth, he believes enduring success is achieved by developing people, building sustainable systems, and creating measurable community impact.
Throughout his work, Malik has focused on connecting public agencies, private industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to develop collaborative solutions that address workforce readiness, economic opportunity, leadership development, and organizational excellence.

EmpowerU Life Skills Academy is the educational and workforce development division of Vast Reentry Services. Through structured, technology-supported learning, EmpowerU equips participants with the practical knowledge, personal confidence, and workplace skills needed to succeed in today's workforce and within their communities.
Programs integrate life skills instruction with real-world application, emphasizing accountability, communication, decision-making, financial literacy, emotional regulation, problem solving, professionalism, and long-term personal development.

The central point of leadership and coordination.
The Executive Office serves as the central leadership and coordination point for the VAST Enterprise. It oversees executive communications, strategic initiatives, organizational partnerships, government relations, media engagement, executive scheduling, and enterprise-wide collaboration.
Our role is to ensure that every inquiry is directed efficiently, professionally, and to the appropriate individual or department.
